The Recharge Your Leadership package includes :
- Coaching orientation pack & preparation questionnaire to complete in advance of our first laser coaching session
- Complimentary copy of my book Unleash Your Leadership : How to Worry Less and Achieve More
- 90 minute laser coaching session where we’ll dive in to what they want help with to recharge their leadership
- Follow-up email from me with reflections, bespoke tips and resources to help them move forward
- 30 minute follow-up call 2 – 4 weeks after our coaching session to check in on how they’ve been getting on with the actions they committed to and support them with any challenges
They will also receive :
- Recordings of our coaching calls
- Regular emails from Alison with food for thought to help them develop their leadership capability as well as news of events and programmes
